Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.

We encourage customers to carefully review their order, including product selection, size, color, shipping address, and payment information, before completing checkout.

Order Processing

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of our fulfillment process, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been submitted.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect size selected by the customer

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchases

• Delayed delivery caused by the shipping carrier

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@disclosureunit.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Disclosure Unit is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Chargebacks

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy. Filing a chargeback for reasons that are inconsistent with this policy may delay resolution and require us to provide order records, shipment tracking, and policy acknowledgements to the payment processor.
