Timeline
We ship orders only during business days (weekdays). Upon receiving your order, it will be shipped out within 7-10 business days. Please understand that these timelines can be affected by inconveniences out of our control. Nonetheless, all updates will be communicated clearly either through our social pages or through your contact information.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship worldwide. Due to global inconveniences out of our control, some shipping rates may be higher. 

International Orders 
As a U.S.-based business, customers ordering from outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Order Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, it is no longer under our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for any delivery-related issues.
